My experience with this company was great. Vicky took care of my furbaby Xena so well even though Xena was very fearful on the furst day. Xena was very happy and healthy upon arrival. Pictures and an update were sent everyday. Communication was wonderful. I would definitely use this company again.

Jayla and Vicky did amazing helping me take care of my pup during my move from the Caribbean to Minnesota. They were very understanding and patient starting with the initial pick up process in Miami between Amerijet and the broker, which I thoroughly appreciated. On top of that, when I missed my connecting flight, they were both equally understanding and accommodating, even despite it being right around Christmas. My dog is still a rather rambunctious puppy, and Vicky was unphased and did an excellent job with her. It's my first time using a transporter of any kind, and I'm very glad I ended up choosing this team :) Thank you all so much!

This is a great service company. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that she showed up in a smaller vehicle than the one advertised (Sprinter van) and didn’t tell me ahead of time. So, even though my pets didn’t have the space promised, they still arrived safe and sound. We received pics and updates along the trip. This woman knows how to make things work! I would definitely hire them again!

If you are having any nervous feelings about sending your pets across the country, stop looking and hire this amazing business! I was kept updated through the travel, my puppy got extra love and play time, and she even arrived a day earlier than planned. Besides treating my puppy like her own, her personality and love for the job is amazing and made me even more comfortable letting my puppy go with her. You will not find a better company to move your pets. Full stop. These ladies treated my cat like she was their own, and when she returned to me, she was calm and happy as if she’d been chilling at home the entire time instead of moving cross country. Janis and Vicky were so very kind and flexible with my uncertain schedule, and they made it clear that my cat’s safety and comfort meant as much to them as to me. If you want someone to move your pets who will take excellent care of them and love them like you do, look no further. If I ever find myself moving long distance again, 2+U will be the first call I make.

Fantastic couple of people working hard to make people's lives easier. I am going through a really rough time and having to abruptly move, they were able to pick up my pets in a reasonable time, treated my dog amazing, and kept me updated frequently. Got my dog to AZ from MN in 2 days! that's some serious hard work and dedication you can't get anywhere else. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for all you do! Very satisfied with the transport I received. Needed a bloodhound puppy transported from Michigan to New Mexico and they set my mind at ease with pictures of travel and gps was a plus. Very affordable for the long haul. Only downside was I didn’t know they were picking up another dog to transport as well. Not a huge deal to me, I would have just preferred to know that ahead of time. Will be using them again in the future. Thanks again!!

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but this one is definitely warranted. Janis was awesome to work with! They successfully transported my best friend 3/4 of the way across the US faster than I could have driven it myself. Nina was slightly hurt and on meds, they cared for her, administered meds, took her out for breaks, were highly effective in communicating with me, and their timing was literally down to a T. I also love the fact that they are veteran owned and am happy to be able to support this type of business.
